Rangefinder assembly - Yashica YK

Yashica YK lens assembly.

This is the lens assembly of a Yashica YK which I dismantled to free the focus up. The divided tube in the top right is the shutter cocking mechanism and the screw hole just to the right of it is the shutter firing pin. I had to remove the leatherette covering a bit to get at the screws to remove this assembly. The four screws at NSEW allow removal of the lens from this plate. I have more pics if anyone is interested. I didn't disassembly it any further because I was able to free up the shutter using three in one oil.... Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how to disassemble it this far.

I hope I manage to get it all back together again. I would like to hear from anyone repairing the same model. I had a bit of trouble getting it apart since I didn't have a repair manual.

Easyjet Sues for Snow.

Doesn't sound like safety is a big concern if they think airports should stay open regardless of the weather.

A new way to describe lying - they believed it to be true that their prices were 65% lower, but had not actually looked at their own prices.
Prices are not what they seem, very often you check the price, have a think then by the time you actually book the flight it costs fifty to a hundred quid more. This has happened to me a few times with all these junkjet airlines.

I get the impression that airline safety is getting worse. There seems to be a plane crash every week these days. I thought it was safer than taking the bus, maybe that means safer than flying in an adapted bus?
Time to start watching lost to learn how to live on a desert island after a plane crash.

Will Easyjet also charge a pound to spend a penny?

Ryan air are thinking about charging people to go to the toilet on their planes. What next? Maybe seats will become optional on these cattle waggons.

Looks like I am no the only person having trouble with Easyjet.
This article talks about Easyjet going back on its word and how hard it is to find anyone to talk
to when you have a problem.
